I've been trying to send a pm to any admins that I can, but can't figure out how to do so b/c I'm new to this forum. I'm having an issue with a vendor that was at OMG2010, and would like help getting it resolved. I don't want to point fingers and give anyone a bad name, so I'm not going to name names. But I'd REALLY like to get this settled but they haven't replied to any emails I've sent time. So I'd really appreciate it if a con staff member would pm me so I can get some help getting this taken care of.

Include any details you can give me involving the issues at hand with the vendor, what exactly occured and when, and who the vendor is. I'll relay the information to the team and get back with you on what is discussed.
