Group Rates this year will have their own registration sheets with a spot for up to 20 to register. If you have more, just print out another sheet. For your group rate discount to count, you need to make sure to have everyone listed and their payment in the same mailed packet. Group Rate registration is also available online this year, make sure to head over to Online Registration if you are interested.

Our Pre Registration is ONLY for 3 day passes. If you wish to buy day passes, you will have to buy them at the door of the event. We also do sell Parent Passes for parents or guardians who plan to only be at the event to keep track of an under 15 child. You can only buy them at the door of the event, they are $5.
You will not receive a ticket in the mail. You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite, regardless if you sent your registration Online or Mail-In. This confirmation email will need to be printed out and taken in the day of the event to get your badge.
We do not give refunds on Pre Registration, we will only move your registration to the next year. If you do wish to transfer your registration, you need to contact us by email a week before the first day of the convention (June 1st 2012) to have your registration moved. If you wait till after the convention, it will not be transfered.

That means we will not be selling 2 day passes, we will only be selling 1 day and 3 day. So if you would like to save a little money, you should pre register while you can!
